What are your delivery days and hours?

We deliver on Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays and weekends. Lunch hours: 10am-1:30pm Dinner hours: 3:30pm-7:30pm

Any additional charges for condominium delivery?

No, we do not charge any additional amount for condominium deliveries!

Do you do deliveries in microwavable containers?

Yes, we deliver in microwavable containers. No additional charges!

Do you do deliveries in tingkat metal containers?

Yes! However, there will be a deposit of $120 which will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the package. Do make sure to leave them outside your door for us to collect it once you're done!

Am I allowed to cancel my order?

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be given should you decide to terminate the service before any successful delivery. Valid reason(s) must be given for termination of any service.

How do I make payment?

All payments will be processed through PayNow!
