Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for terminated services.

Full payment is required during the order process via our website. Manual orders must be fully paid before or on the first delivery.

All payments will be processed via Paynow.

For any postponement or cancellation of meals due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us via WhatsApp at 80208783.

Postponement or cancellation notices must be provided at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.

Delivery hours are as follows:

• Lunch: 10am to 1:30pm

• Dinner: 3:30pm to 7:30pm

We deliver from Monday to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Please inform us on the day you would like delivery.

Surcharge of $8 per meal applicable to deliveries to the following areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code:

• Sentosa - 09

• Tuas - 62, 63

• Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08

• Marina Square - 03, 17

• Orchard - 22, 23

• Bras Basah - 18, 19

Due to seasonal variations in ingredient availability, we reserve the right to change the menu without prior notice.
